We do not allow number changes during Free Trials.

Users with paid accounts can change their number by contacting us via email and provide the following information to us:

1. Your current number (MUST BE A PAID ACCOUNT)
2. The city / area code and exchange in which you're looking for a number.  You can see what numbers we have available right now by calling or email as well. In cases where we don't have numbers in your desired city, we may be able to request some.

** CNAM is NOT supported for Canadian or Toll Free Numbers

On the Backend of the restriction it is 5000 minutes, It was designed for small business, the reality of a small business using more than 5000 - 800 number minutes is crazy, I wish I had reg customers calling me for 5000 minutes a month... so for 14.95 thats still a great deal, compared to some of the larger companies charging $50 a month for 250 minutes.

• What if I need more?
  
  you can add another number for 9.95 a month and get another 5000 min, and you may choose not to even use the second number, just use the 10,000 minutes in the  bucket
